The monthly attendance report uses AI to gather, every month, each collaborator's presences, absences, justifications and time off into a finished report, and send it to whoever handles HR, with no one assembling it by hand.

What it is

A routine that, at each month's close, collects the whole team's attendance records (presences, absences with their justifications and documents, holidays and other time off), organises everything by collaborator and produces a consolidated report. It then delivers it to the person responsible for HR, with the associated documents in the right place.

Where it pays off

It makes sense in any SME where someone loses a day or two each month pulling together timesheets, justification emails and holiday requests to close the month. It removes that manual work, cuts errors, and guarantees the report always comes out in the same shape and on the same date, ready to use.

How we build it

We map where the attendance data lives today (time clock, spreadsheets, email, ERP) and the report format HR needs. We connect the sources, define the rules (what counts as a justified absence, how to handle a missing document) and schedule the generation and delivery. We test on a real month, compare against the manual process, and tune until it lines up.

Where we've built this

This workflow isn't theoretical. See the real project where we implemented it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace the time clock I already have?

No. It reads what your system already records and closes the month from there. If the record exists, the work that disappears is the manual adding up, not the hardware.

And the exceptions: holidays, approved absences?

They are flagged rather than resolved automatically. The report separates what is routine from what needs a decision, which is exactly the opposite of a sheet where everything carries the same weight.

Who sees the report?

Whoever has permission to see it. Attendance data is people's data, so access follows the rules the company already has rather than the workflow's own.
