AI and automation

We take the mechanical work that eats hours every day off your team, so they can concentrate on what needs judgement. From the first diagnostic to the operation, with the right tools for your case.

For when the team spends more time handling the work than doing it.

Why AI actually pays off

This isn't us overselling. The figures below come from independent studies and point the same way: a lot of time is tied up in mechanical work.

45%

of the activities people are paid to perform can be automated with already-demonstrated technology.

McKinsey Global Institute, "Where machines could replace humans"

57%

of US work hours are already technically automatable across AI agents and robotics.

International studies about work in general, not about your company or Portuguese SMEs specifically, and technical potential is not guaranteed return. They size the opportunity; what your case actually returns is what the diagnostic works out.

Two fronts, two kinds of return

AI adoption in SMEs falls into two domains. We work both, depending on where your company loses the most time.

AI for productivity

Ready-to-use tools that boost your team's productivity.

  • AI assistants (Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
  • Automatic document analysis
  • Virtual assistants for task management
  • Predictive analytics for maintenance

AI applied to the business

Solutions that improve customer interaction and optimise internal processes.

  • Customer-service chatbots
  • Sales forecasting
  • Product recommendation systems
  • AI inventory optimisation

AI isn't just for big companies any more

Investment in AI and automation may be eligible for public support in Portugal, subject to the calls in force. We don't handle applications and we're not a funding intermediary.

The same process, before and after

The operation we find in most SMEs: work arrives from everywhere, passes through one person, and leaves when that person gets to it. Alongside it, the same process once it is automated.

On the left, work arrives through four channels and scatters across dozens of steps that cross each other, stall halfway, wait on someone, and loop back to where they started. It ends in a pile, not an outcome. On the right, the same four channels enter one point that handles, routes and closes each request. Fewer steps, no dead ends.
  • Nothing waits on someone remembering

What today depends on a person checking, updating or forwarding starts happening on its own, the same way every time.

  • Your systems start talking

The ERP, the inbox and the spreadsheets stop being islands joined by hand. Information reaches where it needs to go without being copied twice.

  • When something breaks, you see it

In a manual process, an error surfaces late. In an automated one, it is recorded and flagged the moment it happens.

Questions about AI and automation

What SMEs usually ask about automating with AI.

Will AI replace my team?

That isn't the goal. What we automate is the mechanical, repetitive work: reading and classifying, filling, syncing, alerting. People keep what needs judgement, relationships and decisions. In practice the team stops losing hours to tasks nobody enjoys doing.

Will my data be used to train third-party models?

Only if you want it to, and we always tell you when that's the situation. There are tools and configurations that don't use your data for training, and alternatives that run in your own environment. We choose based on your company's legal and business context, and we discuss those options with you before going ahead.

What if the AI gets something wrong, or answers a customer badly?

It's a real risk, and it's handled by design rather than by hope. We define what the system can answer on its own and what has to go to a person, keep the history so it can be reviewed, and start with cases where a mistake is cheap. As confidence is borne out in the data, the scope widens.

Do we need a lot of data to start?

It depends what you want to do. An assistant answering frequent questions, or email triage, work with what the company already has. A sales forecast or predictive analysis need history with real size and quality behind it. The diagnostic exists precisely to tell you which case you're in, including when the answer is "not yet".
