Data gathering and quotes uses AI to talk by email with whoever asks for a proposal, collect everything needed to quote, and prepare a draft ready to review, without anyone chasing information, request by request.

What it is

An assistant that talks to the prospect by email, asks the right questions and politely keeps going until it has everything a quote needs: what they want, timelines, quantities, context. Once the file is complete, it cross-references the request with the history of similar work and generates a draft quote and proposal. That draft goes to a person, who reviews, adjusts and sends it: the final proposal is always human. What gets automated is the back-and-forth of gathering the information, not the decision to send it.

How we build it

We start by understanding what the business needs to know to quote each type of work, and what the proposals it already sends look like. We define the questions, the limits of what the AI may say, and connect it to email and to the history of past quotes. The AI runs the conversation, fills in the draft and hands it over for review; we test on real requests and tune the tone and rigour until the proposals are trustworthy.
