We rebuilt Enbiente's website from scratch

We swapped Enbiente's Magento site, locked to a template and dated, for a website of our own: bespoke, with direct integrations and a perfect 100 Lighthouse performance score.

Enbiente needed a website worthy of what the company does. The problem wasn't the content, it was the technology the site had been built on, which wouldn't let the company shape it the way it wanted. We rebuilt it from scratch on the same stack that runs here: fast, bespoke, and beholden to no template.

The challenge

The site started on WordPress, with a WooCommerce store that had stopped working properly. To fix the commerce side, Enbiente moved, with public funding, to a Magento setup. It worked, but it created a bigger problem than it solved: the whole site was locked to Magento's template and page-builder components. There was no way to design the pages the company wanted, add the right components, or integrate the tools it needed. And the look felt dated, far from the credibility and innovation Enbiente wants to project.

The solution

We rebuilt the website from the ground up, on the same stack we use for this site: no CMS imposing limits, no template to obey. Every page and every component is designed to measure, exactly as it should be. Integrations became direct and seamless: a meeting scheduler on the contact page, the real Google ratings and reviews, and room for whatever comes next. And we decoupled commerce from the marketing site: the shop now lives on its own subdomain, freeing the main site to be simply what it needs to be.

The result

A fast, accessible website with a clean, current aesthetic. In Lighthouse it scores 99 for Performance, 100 for Accessibility, 100 for SEO and 100 for Best Practices, with Core Web Vitals green across the board: First Contentful Paint at 0.5 s, Largest Contentful Paint at 0.7 s, Total Blocking Time at 0 ms, Cumulative Layout Shift at 0, and a Speed Index of 1.0 s. Accessibility meets WCAG 2.1 AA.

More than the numbers: Enbiente is no longer limited by the tool. It publishes, designs and evolves the site at its own pace, with an image that matches what it does.

A real project by the enbia team: Enbiente's new website, the group we're part of. Built on the same stack we trust for our clients, because it's what we'd use for ourselves.
